Description: The program carried out together with Infinite Earth and PT. Rimba Raya Conservation has a focus on assisting forest communities in Seruyan District to increase environmental awareness, active involvement in managing areas of high value for carbon and orangutan conservation and also improving the quality of life through income diversification and good environmental governance. Some of activities carried out in this program include community assistance in the working area of PT. Rimba Raya Conservation for the management area of areas that have high carbon potential and support habitat for orangutans in Tanjung Puting National Park. Nursery field school, fishery field school, student field school, shrimp paste business, Agarwood training, waste bank, environmental education, woman business, community fire fighter group, community forest patrol. Capacity building for PT. Rimba Raya Conservation community development staff, advisory role for PT. Rimba Raya Conservation community engagement activity. The impact of this program includes the existence of income diversification from the fishery processing sector, poultry farming, active community involvement in forest patrols, the emergence of Fire Care Community Group, the emergence of waste banks in two villages (Telaga Pulang and Kuala Pambuang 1) which serve waste management in all villages, an annual increase in environmental awareness among school children in the village of program area. A total of 735 were directly involved in the program, of which 378 were school children, and had an impact on 7.115 people in 9 villages in Seruyan District, Central Kalimantan.
